Our Juraperle is a granular filter medium with a purity of over 99% calcium carbonate, compared to ordinary limestone its microcrystalline structure gives it a far superior performance. Juraperle is a sacrificial granular media which corrects the pH level in water with low pH. It dissolves into the water supply and naturally lifts the pH level. Juraperle is also commonly used for remineralisation of distillate and/or R.O. water and the removal of iron and manganese. Available from stock in grain sizes 1.0-2.0mm & 3.0-4.0mm, other sizes are also available on request.
