Our coarse filtration garnet is typically used as a support media beneath our fine filtration garnet in multi-media filters. A natural almandine garnet, chemically inert and known for its hardness and durability. Our coarse filtration garnet is produced to a 1.40-2.36mm particle size however other sizes are available for both filtration and support applications.
